About the role

The Restaurant Supervisor will coordinate service across the large restaurant every day, delivering an exceptional guest experience.  Working with an accomplished Venue Manager, this role will suit someone who thrives in a large format restaurant.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • work with the Venue Manager to implement the best customer experience - every day;

  • lead, train and inspire a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service; 

  • drive a functions and events spirit of enthusiasm and success, without losing sight of fun along the way;

  • apply sound business acumen to optimise functions bookings, scheduling and the running of the restaurant;

Restaurant Manager
Food & Beverage Supervisor
Front of Desk Supervisor

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

What we need:

We are looking for a friendly and innovative team player with a combination of the following:

  • A naturally friendly and engaging personality

  • Impeccable presentation and an ability to connect with people

  • Demonstrated history of leading large and busy restaurants;

  • A genuine desire to develop and train the people in your team;

  • Positive attitude, initiative, with strong communication skills and work ethic;

  • Strong working knowledge of food and beverage operations.

RSA essential - RMLV & Approved Managers licence advantageous.
